Bahaha, how could I forget that!?  That was hilarious!!  So embarrassing....oh my gosh....

hey guys

it's been quite a while now. whoa baby. oh guess what sarah?! remember that one time when we wrote those lyrics during band? and how stupid we were? yah, that's what i'm writing my personal narrative about for english. i still feel like an idiot.

Just FYI

Breaking your finger in the middle of summer vacation is not such a smart thing to do.  As soon as I make the resolution to stop wasting my summer being lazy, I freaking break the ring finger on my right hand.  So now I can't do any of the things I was planning for the rest of summer.  I can't even play RockBand!!!!  WHY?!?!?!  But it's okay, I mean it doesn't really hurt so I should be grateful that it wasn't something worse.  Like my foot or something.  'Cause then I couldn't even walk around or go places.  I'd have to sit in front of the TV all day.  (Because I'm totally not doing that anyway.)

oh, hetch yah!

i watched those 2 movies early in the summer, and they are the reason i am teaching myself the guitar (again). i always get inspired by cheesy movies like that.... :D

Haha, yes, yes we are insane.  Any particular reason this time, or just in general?  And it's okay Jamie, we'll get to EFY, we'll get there.
As for my summer at present:  Just loving laziness and reading fantastic books until midnight.  Also, cheesy movies are GLORIUS.  Just finished watching Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2 for the first time today and I'm a happy girl.  Yay for more Nick in Camp Rock 2!!  :D

All Grown Up

Jamie!!  I missed you too, hun!  I'm glad you had a good experience at Girl's Camp.  Thank goodness for Girl's Camp, eh?  :)  I add to the list that we will be able to take road trips to the ocean and to Las Vegas to see the Beatles show. Yay!  And all those things are becoming a reality, slowly but surely.  Why, you ask?  Well, because...

...I GOT MY LEARNER'S PERMIT!!!!!

I am offically on the roads.  Look out!!!  :D

when we can drive...

we will:


1. go to macey's and get ice-cream. because it's good.
2. drive to each other's houses so we can play anytime, as we won't have to get rides
3. go for drives and talk, because sometimes sitting and talking doesn't cut it.
4. go places together, like trafalga, 7 peaks, the mall, the movies, etc.
5. we can go stalk boys....as we can drive. :) (trust me, it's more fun than it sounds.)

i cried

it's official, i had my first solid cry since november. i'm very proud of myself. i was just kinda sobbing during testimony meeting at camp. :)


i know that this is a weird thing to be happy about, but i have been trying to cry forever, and i just couldn't. i forgot how good it felt. :)

sarah, i missed you lots while i was at camp. just fyi. and i got super excited for fey/efy! i read a journal entry of one of my ward friends about this guy at fey, and it was the cutest thing in the entire world. SO DANG ADORABLE!!! and i got super duper excited for everything about efy!

Blogging Again!

Alright!  I finally got my dad to authorize this page so I can post again!!!  Sorry for the delay....and just to clarify: The cute boy from Lagoon totally likes Jamie!  He asked me for my number though, that's a first for me.  It was...interesting...I was kind of freaking out.  He asked me because I looked familiar to him, and he looks familiar to me, but I still can't place him.  And it is seriously annoying!!  Anyway, I'm going to Wolf Creek in an hour, so I'd better get packing.  Bye!

it's been a while. well here's what you missed: yearbook day, lagoon day, last day of school, laser tag, and that's about it. not a lot, but we did meet a cute guy at lagoon, that totally likes sarah. teeheehee

well too bad, you have to anyway.
today in band we were playing "lion king" (just like we always do:D) and i was singing sarah's part to her, because i had an eternity of rests.  i start laughing (just like i always do) and for the first time, ms. ugaki got mad at us. i thought it was still funny, so she made us go in for e-time.
as we were practicing in one of the practice rooms, i needed a drink of water. as i go to open the door, i saw a face, at the bottom of the little window in the door. just looking at us. it was ms. ugaki. creepy right? we were just in there playing and minding our own business, when this creepy little face just appeared. then we had to keep checking that she wasn't there just to be sure.

today was a WONDERFUL day!!!!!!! We actually did a run-through of the whole show! :D everyone did their part (i hope) and we rocked our transitions!!! the only thing we need to do is stop forgetting lines, and cues, and we'll be set!!! haha. set. it's a pun. :)

Aww, thanks Jamie!!  I miss you too, and I really wish I was with you, partly because the drama here is getting unbearable.  Teenage drama is RIDICULOUS!  I've decided that the easiest thing to do is have no emotion whatsoever.  Then nothing bad can happen.  You don't have fun, but you don't get hurt either.  Of course, this is not the first time that I have made this decision and failed to keep it in motion, it probably won't be the last.  It's what I get for being a theatre kid.  Anways, I'm gonna go to the Beatles LOVE show someday....but of course that day is not today.  I am feeling mopey.

Paul Played Flute!?!

I would just like everyone to know how extremely happy I am right now.  I just discovered that Paul took flute lessons.  So, so, he probably only took two, but still!!  Just more proof that besides the 50 year age difference, we were kind of meant for each other. :)

band festival

band festival was interesting. this was the run down:
6:15am: band room, taking roll, getting ready to leave
6:45am: bus left for Vista Heights Middle School
7:15am: arrive at Vista Heights, a rather swanky middle school, have flash back of last year's festival at Timberline, which has the exact same layout.
7:30-10:00am: chill in their nice auditorium, draw weird pictures, and write odd notes. not to mention run lines.
10:30am: play your instrument. weird huh?
11:15am: load bus again to eat food, because you haven't eaten since  5 am this morning.
11:30am: go to McDonald's, and eat yummy food, and throw the garbage away in a talking trash can. (dude, i'm not even kidding. when you threw your trash away, it said "thank-you."
12:00pm: go to wallgreens to get some candy.
12:20pm: load the bus again, take Ms. Ugaki to get the equipment, and then head back to school.
1:00pm: arrive back at OCJH, venture to the band room, then to BRAVO.
1:20-5:00pm: REHEARSAL!!!! (longest rehearsal of my life, but it was still pretty fun.)


so that is the rundown of our 11 hour day. 
on the bus we listened to Relient K, Jonas Brothers, and of course, THE BEATLES!!!!!

Car windows

So tonight, I discovered just how much fun spending time with your family can be, especcially if you're all sticking your heads out of various windows in the car on the ride home.  Now THAT is a good feeling.  Wind in your hair, up your nose, down your throat.  And then your face starts to sting...but the adreneline rush is the best part.  All in all, an extremely enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it.

Spotlight!

Ahh, but if we discontinued attending school, then what would become of the play?  We are a large part, after all!  Haha, you missed me dancing around in my spotlight today!  MY VERY OWN SPOTLIGHT!!!!  Very, very, very good feeling.  Everyone was laughing at me. :)  Also, we blocked our highly romantic-goodbye scene today.  I know you're sad that you missed that.  Oh yes, good stuff.
